Who we are

HASSANI LABS ("we", "us") is a digital transformation studio operated by Amer Hassani. This policy covers the website hassanilabs.com, our consulting services, and our software products. Contact: [email protected].

The short version

Our products are built to write into your own tools and to keep nothing they don't need. The content you route through them (messages, emails, files, meeting recordings, time entries) passes through our service only for the moment it takes to deliver it; we keep no copies. What we do store is the minimum needed to run your account: who you are on the platform you use to reach us, which services you connected, and your settings.

What we collect, and why

• Website forms (contact, early access, proposal requests): your name, email, company where given, and your message. Used only to reply to you and to grant access. Delivered to us by Web3Forms, our form-processing provider.
• Call bookings: if you book a call through our scheduling link, the scheduling provider handles that booking under its own privacy policy.
• Product accounts: your user ID and display name on the platform you use with the product; the access tokens or permissions you grant for the third-party services you connect, and the password of any mailbox you connect (used only to read that mailbox), all stored encrypted at rest by our hosting provider; the identifiers and names of the groups, chats, contacts, workspaces, databases or projects you connect or enable, so you can choose what to log or sync; and your preferences, such as sync time and language.
• Content you route through a product (chat messages, emails, files, meeting recordings, time entries): processed in transit to write it into your connected tools. Not stored, indexed, analysed or logged by us.
• Meeting recordings (Record Labs): kept on your device. When you press Send, the audio passes through our service in pieces on its way to your Notion, where Notion AI writes the notes under Notion's own terms. We don't keep a copy.
• WhatsApp (Log Labs): the connection to your number runs on your own server, so your WhatsApp login stays with you.
• Consulting engagements: documents, credentials and workspace access you share with us for a project are used only to deliver that project and are removed from our systems at handover, unless you ask us to keep them.
• Technical logs: Cloudflare keeps standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, errors) for a short period for reliability and abuse prevention. Our products keep minimal event logs (for example "sync ran, 12 entries written") to monitor reliability — never the content itself.

Slack (Log Labs for Slack)

When you add Log Labs to a Slack workspace, it works like this:

• What it reads: the messages, edits and thread replies in the public, private and Slack Connect channels you pick, and only while Log Labs is a member of them; the name and type of shared files (never their contents); channel names; and the display names of the people who post, with the workspace each belongs to. It never reads direct messages and never posts.
• How it's used: each message is written into your Notion, in a locked page for that channel and month, with your side and the client's side in different colours. Slack data is never used to train AI models, never shared with anyone, and never used for another customer.
• What we keep: the workspace's ID, name and address; the bot token Slack gives Log Labs, encrypted; the channels you picked, with their names; people's display names, updated at most once a week and deleted with the workspace; message IDs (never their text) for up to 3 days, so nothing is written twice; and, only if Notion is unavailable, a message's ID until it is written, at most 14 days. Nothing else, and never the content of a message.
• Received but not used: Slack also sends Log Labs the messages of channels it is in but you haven't switched on, and notices about the app itself (for example when it is removed). Those messages are dropped the moment they arrive, not stored and not written anywhere; a notice about the app is acted on and noted in our event log, without any message content.
• Access, transfer and deletion: your record lives in your Notion, where you can read, export or delete it. Removing the workspace in the Hassani Labs app (Log Labs, Slack, Remove) deletes its token, channel list and waiting IDs at once, and the display names too when no other Log Labs customer uses that workspace. Removing Log Labs in Slack (workspace settings, Manage apps) stops it at once and deletes the token and the waiting IDs (the display names too, under the same condition); the workspace stays listed in your app, so you can add it again or remove it there. What we don't do

• We don't sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
• We don't read, analyse or train on the content you route through our products.
• We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Processors we rely on

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Web3Forms (form delivery), Google Fonts (font delivery), and the third-party platforms you choose to connect to a product, such as Slack, Notion or Telegram — only as connected by you, under their own terms.

Other people's data

If you use our products to log conversations with your clients, record meetings or track your team's time, you are responsible for telling those people and for complying with the laws that apply to you. We recommend a short notice in each group, meeting or team. Our products give you the tools; the duty to inform is yours.

Retention and deletion

Form submissions are kept until handled, then deleted or archived in our own records. Product account data (tokens, mailbox passwords, connected services, chats, groups or projects, settings) is deleted when you disconnect, remove the product, or ask us to. Consulting materials are removed at handover. Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete anything we hold about you; we answer within 14 days.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practice changes and move the date at the top. Substantive changes are announced to active users inside the product or by email.

الخلاصة

منتجاتنا مصمَّمة لتكتب في أدواتك أنت وألّا تحتفظ بأي شيء لا تحتاجه. المحتوى الذي تمرّره عبرها (رسائل، رسائل بريد، ملفات، تسجيلات اجتماعات، إدخالات وقت) يمرّ عبر خدمتنا للحظة توصيله فقط؛ لا نحتفظ بأي نسخ. ما نخزّنه هو الحد الأدنى اللازم لتشغيل حسابك: هويتك على المنصة التي تتواصل معنا عبرها، والخدمات التي ربطتها، وإعداداتك.

ما نجمعه، ولماذا

• نماذج الموقع (التواصل، الوصول المبكر، طلبات العروض): الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، اسم الشركة إن ذُكر، ورسالتك. تُستخدم فقط للرد عليك ومنحك الوصول. تصلنا عبر Web3Forms، مزوّد معالجة النماذج لدينا.
• حجز المكالمات: إذا حجزت مكالمة عبر رابط الجدولة الخاص بنا، فإن مزوّد الجدولة يتولى ذلك الحجز وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.
• حسابات المنتجات: معرّفك واسمك الظاهر على المنصة التي تستخدم المنتج عبرها؛ رموز الوصول أو الأذونات التي تمنحها للخدمات الخارجية التي تربطها، وكلمة مرور أي صندوق بريد تربطه (تُستخدم لقراءته فقط)، وكلها تُخزَّن مشفّرة لدى مزوّد الاستضافة؛ معرّفات وأسماء المجموعات أو المحادثات أو جهات الاتصال أو مساحات العمل أو قواعد البيانات أو المشاريع التي تربطها أو تفعّلها، لتختار ما يُسجَّل أو يُزامَن؛ وتفضيلاتك مثل وقت المزامنة واللغة.
• المحتوى الذي تمرّره عبر منتج (رسائل الدردشة، رسائل البريد، الملفات، تسجيلات الاجتماعات، إدخالات الوقت): يُعالَج أثناء المرور لكتابته في أدواتك المرتبطة. لا نخزّنه ولا نفهرسه ولا نحلله ولا نسجّله.
• تسجيلات الاجتماعات (Record Labs): تبقى على جهازك. عندما تضغط إرسال، يمرّ الصوت عبر خدمتنا على دفعات في طريقه إلى Notion الخاص بك، حيث يكتب Notion AI الملاحظات وفق شروط Notion. ولا نحتفظ بنسخة.
• واتساب (Log Labs): يعمل الربط برقمك على خادمك أنت، فيبقى دخول واتساب لديك.
• الأعمال الاستشارية: المستندات وبيانات الدخول وصلاحيات مساحة العمل التي تشاركها معنا لمشروع ما تُستخدم فقط لتنفيذ ذلك المشروع وتُزال من أنظمتنا عند التسليم، ما لم تطلب منا الاحتفاظ بها.
• سجلات تقنية: تحتفظ Cloudflare بسجلات الطلبات المعتادة (عنوان IP، الوقت، الأخطاء) لفترة قصيرة لأغراض الموثوقية ومنع إساءة الاستخدام. وتحتفظ منتجاتنا بسجلات أحداث بالحد الأدنى (مثل «تمت المزامنة، كُتب 12 إدخالا») لمراقبة الموثوقية — دون المحتوى نفسه أبدا.

سلاك (Log Labs لسلاك)

عندما تضيف Log Labs إلى مساحة عمل في سلاك، يعمل على النحو التالي:

• ما يقرؤه: الرسائل وتعديلاتها وردود السلاسل في القنوات العامة والخاصة وقنوات سلاك كونكت التي تختارها، وذلك فقط ما دام Log Labs عضوا فيها؛ واسم الملفات المشتركة ونوعها (دون محتواها أبدا)؛ وأسماء القنوات؛ والأسماء الظاهرة لمن يكتبون فيها مع مساحة العمل التي ينتمي إليها كل منهم. لا يقرأ الرسائل المباشرة أبدا ولا ينشر شيئا.
• كيف يُستخدم: تُكتب كل رسالة في Notion الخاص بك، في صفحة مقفلة لتلك القناة وذلك الشهر، وجهتك وجهة العميل بلونين مختلفين. لا تُستخدم بيانات سلاك لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا تُشارك مع أحد، ولا تُستخدم لعميل آخر.
• ما نحتفظ به: معرّف مساحة العمل واسمها وعنوانها؛ ورمز البوت الذي يمنحه سلاك لـ Log Labs، مشفّرا؛ والقنوات التي اخترتها مع أسمائها؛ والأسماء الظاهرة للأشخاص، تُحدَّث مرة في الأسبوع على الأكثر وتُحذف مع مساحة العمل؛ ومعرّفات الرسائل (دون نصها أبدا) لمدة لا تتجاوز 3 أيام كي لا يُكتب شيء مرتين؛ وعند تعذّر الوصول إلى Notion فقط، معرّف الرسالة حتى تُكتب، لمدة أقصاها 14 يوما. ولا شيء غير ذلك، ولا محتوى أي رسالة أبدا.
• ما يصل ولا يُستخدم: يرسل سلاك إلى Log Labs أيضا رسائل القنوات التي هو عضو فيها ولم تفعّلها، وإشعارات عن التطبيق نفسه (مثل إزالته). تُهمل تلك الرسائل فور وصولها فلا تُخزَّن ولا تُكتب في أي مكان؛ أما الإشعار عن التطبيق فيُعمل به ويُدوَّن في سجل أحداثنا، دون أي محتوى للرسائل.
• الاطلاع والنقل والحذف: سجلك في Notion الخاص بك، حيث تستطيع قراءته أو تصديره أو حذفه. إزالة مساحة العمل من تطبيق Hassani Labs (Log Labs، سلاك، إزالة) تحذف رمزها وقائمة قنواتها والمعرّفات المنتظرة فورا، والأسماء الظاهرة أيضا إن لم يكن عميل آخر لـ Log Labs يستخدم مساحة العمل نفسها. وإزالة Log Labs من سلاك (إعدادات مساحة العمل، إدارة التطبيقات) توقفه فورا وتحذف الرمز والمعرّفات المنتظرة (والأسماء الظاهرة بالشرط نفسه)، وتبقى مساحة العمل ظاهرة في تطبيقك لتضيفها مجددا أو تزيلها منه. لطلب أي شيء آخر أو حذفه، راسل [email protected].
• الدعم: hassanilabs.com/products/log/slack؛ نردّ خلال يومي عمل.

ما لا نفعله

• لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراضها الخاصة.
• لا نقرأ المحتوى الذي تمرّره عبر منتجاتنا ولا نحلله ولا ندرّب عليه.
• لا نستخدم متتبعات إعلانية في هذا الموقع.

المعالِجون الذين نعتمد عليهم

Cloudflare (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات)، Web3Forms (توصيل النماذج)، Google Fonts (توصيل الخطوط)، والمنصات الخارجية التي تختار ربطها بأي منتج، مثل سلاك وNotion وتيليغرام — فقط كما تربطها أنت، وفق شروطها.

بيانات الآخرين

إذا استخدمت منتجاتنا لتسجيل محادثات مع عملائك أو تسجيل اجتماعات أو تتبّع وقت فريقك، فأنت المسؤول عن إخبار هؤلاء الأشخاص وعن الامتثال للقوانين التي تنطبق عليك. ننصح بإشعار قصير في كل مجموعة أو اجتماع أو فريق. تمنحك منتجاتنا الأدوات؛ وواجب الإبلاغ عليك.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

تُحفظ طلبات النماذج حتى معالجتها ثم تُحذف أو تُؤرشف في سجلاتنا. تُحذف بيانات حسابات المنتجات (الرموز، كلمات مرور البريد، الخدمات المرتبطة، المحادثات والمجموعات أو المشاريع، الإعدادات) عند قطع الاتصال أو إزالة المنتج أو بطلبك. وتُزال مواد الأعمال الاستشارية عند التسليم. راسل [email protected] للاطلاع على ما نحتفظ به عنك أو تصحيحه أو حذفه؛ نردّ خلال 14 يوما.
