Who we are

HASSANI LABS ("we", "us") is a digital transformation studio operated by Amer Hassani. This policy covers the website hassanilabs.com, our consulting services, and our software products. Contact: [email protected].

The short version

Our products are built to write into your own tools and to keep nothing they don't need. The content you route through them (messages, files, time entries) passes through our service only for the moment it takes to deliver it; we keep no copies. What we do store is the minimum needed to run your account: who you are on the platform you use to reach us, which services you connected, and your settings.

What we collect, and why

• Website forms (contact, early access, proposal requests): your name, email, company where given, and your message. Used only to reply to you and to grant access. Delivered to us by Web3Forms, our form-processing provider.
• Call bookings: if you book a call through our scheduling link, the scheduling provider handles that booking under its own privacy policy.
• Product accounts: your user ID and display name on the platform you use with the product; the access tokens or permissions you grant for the third-party services you connect, stored encrypted at rest by our hosting provider; the identifiers and names of the groups, workspaces, databases or projects you enable; and your preferences, such as sync time and language.
• Content you route through a product (chat messages, files, time entries): processed in transit to write it into your connected tools. Not stored, indexed, analysed or logged by us.
• Consulting engagements: documents, credentials and workspace access you share with us for a project are used only to deliver that project and are removed from our systems at handover, unless you ask us to keep them.
• Technical logs: Cloudflare keeps standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, errors) for a short period for reliability and abuse prevention. Our products keep minimal event logs (for example "sync ran, 12 entries written") to monitor reliability — never the content itself.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
• We don't read, analyse or train on the content you route through our products.
• We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Processors we rely on

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Web3Forms (form delivery), Google Fonts (font delivery), and the third-party platforms you choose to connect to a product — only as connected by you, under their own terms.

Other people's data

If you use our products to log conversations with your clients or to track your team's time, you are responsible for telling those people and for complying with the laws that apply to you. We recommend a short notice in each group or team. Our products give you the tools; the duty to inform is yours.

Retention and deletion

Form submissions are kept until handled, then deleted or archived in our own records. Product account data (tokens, connected services, enabled groups or projects, settings) is deleted when you disconnect, remove the product, or ask us to. Consulting materials are removed at handover. Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete anything we hold about you; we answer within 14 days.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practice changes and move the date at the top. Substantive changes are announced to active users inside the product or by email.

الخلاصة

منتجاتنا مصمَّمة لتكتب في أدواتك أنت وألّا تحتفظ بأي شيء لا تحتاجه. المحتوى الذي تمرّره عبرها (رسائل، ملفات، إدخالات وقت) يمرّ عبر خدمتنا للحظة توصيله فقط؛ لا نحتفظ بأي نسخ. ما نخزّنه هو الحد الأدنى اللازم لتشغيل حسابك: هويتك على المنصة التي تتواصل معنا عبرها، والخدمات التي ربطتها، وإعداداتك.

ما نجمعه، ولماذا

• نماذج الموقع (التواصل، الوصول المبكر، طلبات العروض): الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، اسم الشركة إن ذُكر، ورسالتك. تُستخدم فقط للرد عليك ومنحك الوصول. تصلنا عبر Web3Forms، مزوّد معالجة النماذج لدينا.
• حجز المكالمات: إذا حجزت مكالمة عبر رابط الجدولة الخاص بنا، فإن مزوّد الجدولة يتولى ذلك الحجز وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.
• حسابات المنتجات: معرّفك واسمك الظاهر على المنصة التي تستخدم المنتج عبرها؛ رموز الوصول أو الأذونات التي تمنحها للخدمات الخارجية التي تربطها، وتُخزَّن مشفّرة لدى مزوّد الاستضافة؛ معرّفات وأسماء المجموعات أو مساحات العمل أو قواعد البيانات أو المشاريع التي تفعّلها؛ وتفضيلاتك مثل وقت المزامنة واللغة.
• المحتوى الذي تمرّره عبر منتج (رسائل الدردشة، الملفات، إدخالات الوقت): يُعالَج أثناء المرور لكتابته في أدواتك المرتبطة. لا نخزّنه ولا نفهرسه ولا نحلله ولا نسجّله.
• الأعمال الاستشارية: المستندات وبيانات الدخول وصلاحيات مساحة العمل التي تشاركها معنا لمشروع ما تُستخدم فقط لتنفيذ ذلك المشروع وتُزال من أنظمتنا عند التسليم، ما لم تطلب منا الاحتفاظ بها.
• سجلات تقنية: تحتفظ Cloudflare بسجلات الطلبات المعتادة (عنوان IP، الوقت، الأخطاء) لفترة قصيرة لأغراض الموثوقية ومنع إساءة الاستخدام. وتحتفظ منتجاتنا بسجلات أحداث بالحد الأدنى (مثل «تمت المزامنة، كُتب 12 إدخالاً») لمراقبة الموثوقية — دون المحتوى نفسه أبداً.

ما لا نفعله

• لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراضها الخاصة.
• لا نقرأ المحتوى الذي تمرّره عبر منتجاتنا ولا نحلله ولا ندرّب عليه.
• لا نستخدم متتبعات إعلانية في هذا الموقع.

المعالِجون الذين نعتمد عليهم

Cloudflare (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات)، Web3Forms (توصيل النماذج)، Google Fonts (توصيل الخطوط)، والمنصات الخارجية التي تختار ربطها بأي منتج — فقط كما تربطها أنت، وفق شروطها.

بيانات الآخرين

إذا استخدمت منتجاتنا لتسجيل محادثات مع عملائك أو لتتبّع وقت فريقك، فأنت المسؤول عن إخبار هؤلاء الأشخاص وعن الامتثال للقوانين التي تنطبق عليك. ننصح بإشعار قصير في كل مجموعة أو فريق. تمنحك منتجاتنا الأدوات؛ وواجب الإبلاغ عليك.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

تُحفظ طلبات النماذج حتى معالجتها ثم تُحذف أو تُؤرشف في سجلاتنا. تُحذف بيانات حسابات المنتجات (الرموز، الخدمات المرتبطة، المجموعات أو المشاريع المفعّلة، الإعدادات) عند قطع الاتصال أو إزالة المنتج أو بطلبك. وتُزال مواد الأعمال الاستشارية عند التسليم. راسل [email protected] للاطلاع على ما نحتفظ به عنك أو تصحيحه أو حذفه؛ نردّ خلال 14 يوماً.
