These terms apply to the website hassanilabs.com, to HASSANI LABS consulting services, and to HASSANI LABS software products. By using them you accept these terms. If you're using them for a company, you confirm you may bind that company. A consulting engagement is additionally governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project; where the two differ, the proposal applies.
Some products are offered in early access: they are free of charge during that period, may change without notice, and access may be granted, limited or withdrawn at our discretion. Where a product has paid plans, the price and what it includes are shown on the product page and billed as stated there. You will never be charged without agreeing to a price first, and we'll give reasonable notice before changing pricing.
We provide software "as is", with reasonable effort to keep it working and to fix reported problems, but without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or that every message, file or entry will be captured. Third-party platforms can change or fail in ways outside our control.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HASSANI LABS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost data, lost business, or losses arising from third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned in the 12 months before the claim — which for a free or early-access product is zero.
Our software, brands and website remain the property of HASSANI LABS and are provided as a service, not distributed. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our products for your own business. The content you route through them remains yours.
You can stop using a product at any time by disconnecting your services, removing the product from your groups or workspace, or asking us to delete your account. A consulting engagement ends as set out in its proposal. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

تنطبق هذه الشروط على موقع hassanilabs.com، وعلى خدمات HASSANI LABS الاستشارية، وعلى منتجات HASSANI LABS البرمجية. باستخدامها تقبل هذه الشروط. وإن كنت تستخدمها لصالح شركة، فأنت تؤكد أنك مخوَّل بإلزامها. تخضع الأعمال الاستشارية إضافةً إلى ذلك للعرض أو الاتفاق المكتوب الخاص بكل مشروع؛ وعند الاختلاف بينهما يُعمل بالعرض.
تُقدَّم بعض المنتجات في مرحلة وصول مبكر: تكون مجانية خلال تلك الفترة، وقد تتغير دون إشعار، وقد يُمنح الوصول أو يُقيَّد أو يُسحب وفق تقديرنا. وحين يكون للمنتج خطط مدفوعة، يُعرض السعر وما يشمله في صفحة المنتج ويُحاسَب كما هو مبيّن هناك. لن تُحاسَب أبداً دون موافقتك على سعر أولاً، وسنعطي إشعاراً معقولاً قبل تغيير التسعير.
نقدّم البرمجيات «كما هي»، مع جهد معقول لإبقائها تعمل وإصلاح المشكلات المُبلَّغ عنها، لكن دون ضمان لاستمرارية التشغيل أو لالتقاط كل رسالة أو ملف أو إدخال. المنصات الخارجية قد تتغير أو تتعطل بطرق خارجة عن سيطرتنا.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل HASSANI LABS مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية، أو فقدان البيانات، أو خسارة الأعمال، أو الخسائر الناشئة عن خدمات أطراف ثالثة. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا مقابل المنتج أو الخدمة المعنية خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة — وهو صفر للمنتجات المجانية أو في مرحلة الوصول المبكر.
تبقى برمجياتنا وعلاماتنا وموقعنا ملكاً لـ HASSANI LABS وتُقدَّم كخدمة لا تُوزَّع. تحصل على حق غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام منتجاتنا لأغراض عملك. والمحتوى الذي تمرّره عبرها يبقى ملكك.
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام أي منتج في أي وقت بفصل خدماتك، أو إزالة المنتج من مجموعاتك أو مساحة عملك، أو بطلب حذف حسابك. وتنتهي الأعمال الاستشارية وفق ما ورد في عرضها. وقد نعلّق الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
