Every meeting, recorded.
Transcribed. Summarized.

Record Labs records the room, a call playing on your screen, or a meeting you send it to, on any device, straight from the browser. Minutes later you have the audio, the transcript with speakers, and the action items.

How it works

Three ways to record.

01
🎙️

In the room

Tap Record and the device microphone captures the conversation. Works on iPhone, Android and desktop.

02
🖥️

A call on your screen

On a desktop browser, record your mic plus the sound playing on the device, such as a call in a browser tab. Nothing joins the call.

03
🤖

A meeting you send it to

Paste a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link. Record Labs joins as a guest and brings the recording back when the meeting ends.

What you get

Then it does the boring part.

📝Transcript with speakers. Arabic and English detected automatically. Every line is timed and labelled, and tapping a line plays that moment.
Summary and action items. Decisions, tasks with owners, and the key points, written in the language of the call.
📚Your library, anywhere. Play, download, rename or delete recordings from any device. Everything is private to your account.
🧩Built to live inside other apps. One script tag adds the recorder to a client's app, a CRM or a website, and the recordings land in that account.
Honest limits

What it cannot do yet.

Normal phone calls. No app on iPhone or Android is allowed to hear a phone call, so nothing on the device can record one. A recording line that joins the call is on the roadmap. On iPhone, keep the app on screen while recording in the room; Android keeps recording with a notification.

FAQ

Questions.

Which meeting apps are supported?

Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex, by pasting the meeting link. The recorder joins as a guest named Record Labs and leaves when the meeting ends.

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes. Open the link in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Microphone recording works while the app is on screen.

Which languages are transcribed?

Arabic and English are detected automatically, along with most major languages. Summaries are written in the language of the recording.

Can I add it to my own app or website?

Yes. One script tag and an API key add the recorder to any page. Recordings, transcripts and summaries are also available through a simple REST API.

Where are my recordings stored?

In private cloud storage tied to your account. Only you can play or download them, and you can delete any recording at any time.
